It was Kara Mahmud Bushati who first sought out the workers for this magnificent bridge to be constructed, soon realizing the grandeur of the project and breaking it into two phases. The first one involved the center arch, while the next one focused on smaller arches and the completion of 108 meter long structure. The bridge gives its visitors a unique glimpse into the Ottoman architecture and style, along with a stunning landscape itself.
