Not just because a number of movies were filmed on its premises, from Czech historical movies and fairy tales to Young Indiana Jones, but for its splendid architecture with battlements, drawbridges, bay windows and gargoyles that all together create unrivaled scenery. The castle inside is well maintained and fully furnished, mostly from the private collection of Archduke Eugene Habsburg and the Teutonic Order. In the cellars of the castle there is an exhibition called Dragons and Dragon slayers that will especially thrill the kids. It is dedicated to life-size fairy tale dragons and the knights who fought them.
