Rocchetta Mattei Castle
Italy

105 min

A splendid mixture of the Moorish, Italian medieval and modern architecture styles makes this castle awe-inspiring at the first glance. It was built on the... ruins of an ancient manor house by Cesare Mattei in 1850. The adverse destiny of losing his mother made Mattei to study science and Electro-Homoeopathy, a type of medicine used to treat a variety of illnesses with natural herbs. He used to host people in his castle in order to heal them, especially numerous poor people that he cured for free.
