Like many other Italian cities, Genoa has so much to offer. Discover the city’s unique charm while strolling through the small alleys with villas, boutiques... and bars. The most famous Genoa’s street is Via Garibaldi which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to the art collections assorted in three palaces. Other sites not to be missed are the Acquario, the largest aquarium in Europe and Cathedral of San Lorenzo, a splendid structure of Gothic and Renaissance styles.

Even if you are not much of an architectural or religious devotee, you will appreciate a visit to this Neo-Gothic church for the exhilarating views... of the surrounding mountains descending into the sea. The basilica was built in 1558 and renovated in 1896 when its current white marble facade was added. The interiors are decorated in gold and marble but the most interesting feature of the church is a small Byzantine painting of Virgin Mary which is said to be a gift from Saint Mary herself.

To say that Prague has many exceptional churches would be an understatement. All of them are special for their architecture and artistic decoration. However, one... of these churches stands out in significance because it is home to the famous statue of the Prague Infant Jesus. This is the church of Our Lady Victorious. Although it is an important baroque monument whose interior is richly decorated in white and gold and hundreds of porcelain statues, the statue of the Infant Jesus is the main draw for visitors. It is more than 400 years old and it was credited with miraculous healing and, among other things, with saving Prague during the Swedish siege in 1639.
