In 1993 the Bosnian army built the Sarajevo Tunnel known as the Tunnel of Hope. The purpose of the tunnel was to deliver food and supplies to those in need. Today, about 20 meters of tunnel are part of a museum which contains a collection of objects, archival documents and authentic video material made during the time of the Siege of Sarajevo.
