TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use apply to all services which EDT EUROPE Ltd., 80 Radnicka cesta, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (EDT) provides to Users (each a User) of the site www.easydaytrip.com (Site) and to services which Drivers (each a Driver) booked through the Site provide to Users, unless agreed otherwise between the User and the Driver. By using the Site, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use and should there be any changes regarding the Conditions, the User is bound by the conditions that were in force at the time of booking, as far as the User is concerned and at the time of driving acceptance, as far as the Driver is concerned.
EDT offers a ride-in service from the starting point to the destination, enabling the User to book the selected ride and pay for the transport service. The transport service is provided directly by the Driver as an independent service provider, who accepts the reservation by the User. EDT is not a carrier service but is solely acting as a User and Driver connecting service, and accordingly, any damage to the User or Driver during the journey will not be the responsibility of EDT but will be resolved within the relationship between the User and the Driver.
RESERVATION
The User makes a booking of the Transport Services through the Site by selecting place, date and time of departure as well as destination. If available, the User can also select places on the route where the Driver will make a pause or go for a trip during the voyage, which is also selected directly on the page when booking.
Immediately upon reservation, the User is sent an e-mail with accurate information about the booked ride as well as the final price of the service. The User may cancel the carriage service at least 120 hours (5 days) before the confirmed return time with full refund. The User is not entitled to a refund if he/she cancels the Transport Service in less than 120 hours (5 days) before the confirmed time of departure or if at the agreed time he/she does not appear at the agreed location. The modification of the contracted driving conditions as well as the way of cancellation of the service will be defined in the email that the User will receive immediately upon booking. The User will receive an e-mail the day prior to the scheduled departure with the information of the name of the Driver, his mobile phone number as well as type, color and vehicle registration mark.
The User will make a booking of the ride through the EDT website by using one of the following cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Amex) and by allowing charging the whole amount of the ride costs. Upon the carriage service has been carried out, 80% of the fare will be refunded and 20% of the booked fare will be charged by EDT as a fee for the mediation service. After the service of transportation is completed the user will pay the driver 80% of the ride fare.
At the time of booking, the User is obliged to fill in all the required information on the EDT website correctly and truthfully. He or she will be liable for any other possible damages.
Driving will be carried out with vehicles which, according to their characteristics, correspond to the booked ride. Any additional luggage which exceeds the usual amount of luggage consited of one large suitcase (29 x 21 x 11 inches) (74 x 54 x 28 cm) and one hand luggage (22 x 14 x 9 inches) (56 x 36 x 23 cm) per person will be considered as additional traveller.
Vehicles are devided into three categories:

All payments will be made in Croatian currency. The amount to be charged on the account of the User's credit card is obtained by converting the price in euros into the Croatian kuna at the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank, on the day of booking. When charging a credit card, the same amount is converted into the local currency of the User according to the rate of the credit card association. As a result of this conversion, there is a small difference between the original price listed on our site.
TRANSPORT
By accepting the booking, the User grants the EDT permission to forward the User's information, the sole name, phone number and e-mail address to the Driver for a simple pick up. It is considered that the User has concluded a Carriage Agreement with the Driver when EDT notifies the User of the name and details of the Driver. EDT is not a party to such a contract. The Driver does not provide any additional services which are not related to the contracted transport services.
Users must be in a designated place at the agreed time. If the User does not appear within 30 minutes after the agreed time, the Driver may cancel the Service by abandoning the agreed pick-up point. If the Driver does not appear within 30 minutes after the agreed time, the User will contact EDT and notify the delay. If it is found that the Driver is unable to make the transport service, EDT is obliged to provide the other Driver under the same conditions as soon as possible. The User is not obliged to accept the option offered and can cancel the transport service by contacting EDT. In this case, EDT will cancel the reserved User's funds and the Driver will compensate EDT for costs and damages in accordance with the mutual agreement.
BEHAVIORAL POLICIES
Users must act reasonably and have good manners during travel, so as not to interfere with driving. Users must behave reasonably so as not to damage or contaminate the car. Drivers must act reasonably and kindly during the journey. While Drivers must work to reach the destination in the foreseeable time, Driver or EDT does not give customers time-to-destination warranty. EDT is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by the transport service.
USE OF THE SITE
Content and layout of the site is the intellectual property of EDT and no one may use any part of the site without the prior written permission of EDT. A website or any part of a web site may not be reproduced or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of EDT. No person has the right to systematically extract any part of the content on the Site without the prior written consent of EDT. The site is intended exclusively for people over the age of 18. FEES
Drivers provide a transport service for the price stated in the booking confirmation. If the User, after confirming the booking, modifies the plan of the trip which is reflected in the price of the service, the User is obliged to re-confirm the reservation.

By submitting your name, contact information and any other personal data (Data) to EDT or to the Driver through the Site or otherwise, you voluntarily agree that EDT and the Driver use your information for completing the agreed driving service.
