EDT is a platform that connects passengers with drivers who will transfer you from one city to the other all around Europe. We also give you the opportunity to explore sights/attractions along the way. We drive, you discover.

All our drivers speak English. They will answer any questions you may have.

THE BOOKING PROCESS

You can complete your booking on-line by using the displayed booking form on EDT website. Just choose the date, your departure and destination points and follow the link. The link will show you the type of vehicles and the prices of the transfer. If your destination is not listed on the website we can send you a custom route.

We would strongly advise booking in advance. Once your booking has been made a vehicle is reserved and we guarantee availability. Last minute bookings however can be accommodated if the vehicle is available.

We offer a standard car (3 persons), MPV (4 persons), VAN (7 persons).

Each passenger is allowed to have one big luggage 29 x 21 x 11 inches (74 x 54 x 28 cm) and one small luggage which shouldn’t exceed 22 x 14 x 9 inches (56 x 36 x 23 cm). In case you have an oversized luggage, please upgrade to a bigger car when making the trip reservation.

Your driver will come to pick you up at your desired destination.
Your driver can pick you up at your hotel, apartment, cruise ship dock, or any other pick-up point accessible by car. This applies to your drop-off location as well. No need to worry about buses, cabs, or other connections - EDT provides door to door service!
If your transfer starts at the airport, your driver will wait for you at the check-out exit holding a tag with your name on it.

The times quoted are the standard journey times on a normal day. These times may differ slightly in high season when there is more traffic or road works affect the direct route of the journey.

EDT offers transfers with fixed rates so that you know your expenses in advance and the price doesn't depend on the conditions on the route or the traffic. Besides convenient and fixed prices, with EDT you don't have to waste time looking for transportation. In addition, you may stop at any destination on your route to explore the sights and attractions.

Your driver will be informed about your flight details and will collect you at the time of your arrival.

In case your flight is delayed, the driver will be informed of the new schedule and will wait for you as previously mentioned. We do not charge additional fee for drivers waiting for arriving flights.

We can’t guarantee every tourist attraction is open for every trip. We recommend checking the opening hours in advance.

If you do not have a credit card, you can specify a different card with the permission of the card's owner.

After making a reservation, you will receive confirmation email.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

EDT offers you not only the transfer services but also day trips all over Europe.

No, smoking isn't allowed in the vehicle during the transfer.

EDT operates door-to-door, leading you directly to your desired destination unless arranged otherwise.

PAYING FOR TRANSFERS

The standard procedure is to pay 20% of the amount for commission which will be charged to your credit or debit card and you will pay the remaining 80% of the amount in cash to the driver at the end of the transfer.

Your credit card data provide a guarantee of your reservation. To protect your credit card data, we use HT Pay Way as a billing system with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and your data is completely safe. In case of a fraud and abuse of your credit card by a third party, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all costs arising from the abuse. In accordance with our high ethical standards, we respect your privacy. We are committed that your name, address, email address and credit card information required for booking will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.

The price will include a single journey from your arrival point to your destination, including all travel costs (fuel, toll,…) The quoted price is final and there are no additional fees for our services. However, optional third party activities such as tours or attraction fees are not included in the price. There will be no additional fees from EDT.

The transfer prices are always per vehicle, not per person; the type of vehicle is determined by the number of passengers.

You will be charged 20% of the total amount of the transfer price to your credit card on the day of transfer, the rest of the amount (80%) will be paid in cash to the driver.

The drivers of EDT are professionals with long term experience in passenger transport services and will be prepared for your transfer with a fixed itinerary.

No. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you.

CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

Cancellations made 120 hours after reservation are free of charge. <br>If you want to change or cancel a reservation, please follow the instructions you received in the confirmation via email. We suggest that you carefully read the cancellation policy when booking.

After requesting a cancellation, you will receive confirmation of cancellation via email. In case that you don’t receive confirmation of cancellation on time, please check your Spam folder.
