About Svaty Anton Castle
The Manor House in Svätý Anton is a must visit when in this area because today this is home to the Museum of History and Hunting. It was built in 1744 and it features a great collection of artwork, hunting trophies, and antlers as well as original furnishings from the 18th century. Guided tours are offered only in Slovak but English guidebooks are available too. The museum is closed on Sundays and Mondays from November to March, and closed on Mondays from April-June and September-October.
